By accessing this site, placing an online order, or creating an account, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, OTP verifications, and delivery addresses.

Every BULLFORD silhouette is an architectural masterpiece engineered with exact raw textile standards:

• Heavyweight Hoodies: Heavyweight loopback French Terry combed cotton, zero shrinkage tolerance.
• Selvedge Denim: 14.5oz raw indigo cross-weave denim crafted for natural patina wear.
• Tailored Trousers & Shirts: High-density poly-viscose and 100% European woven linen.
• Color Calibration: While studio photography undergoes strict color grading, slight variances may occur depending on your mobile or monitor display profiles.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Methods

All prices on bullford.in are listed in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and include all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per statutory HSN classifications (6109 for knits, 6203 for woven trousers and denim). We accept secure online payments via Razorpay (UPI via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Credit & Debit Cards, Net Banking) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for verified residential pin codes.

5. Shipping, Dispatch & Logistics

All orders are dispatched within 24 business hours directly from our Bengaluru central facility. Express courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, Expressbees) deliver within 2 to 4 business days across India. Orders ₹1,499 onwards (and all VIP Pass orders) qualify for Free Express Shipping. Real-time tracking links are automatically dispatched via SMS and WhatsApp once the package is scanned at the logistics hub.

6. 2-Day Atelier Exchange Terms

Due to the exclusive, small-batch, limited-edition nature of BULLFORD drops, size exchanges are governed by our strictly enforced 2-Day Atelier Exchange Window:

• Customers must click the Exchange Button in their Account Orders dashboard within exactly 2 calendar days (48 hours) from the timestamp of delivery as confirmed by the carrier tracking log.
• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original woven neck labels and hang-tags intact.
• Doorstep reverse pickups are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, or exchanges may be conducted in-person at our Bengaluru Flagship Store counter immediately.
• For an approved return where no replacement size is wanted, 100% of the paid garment amount is credited to the customer's Bull Wallet Store Credit to shop on bullford.in once the return passes inspection. No cash or bank refunds after delivery.

7. Order Cancellations & Anti-RTO Policy

Orders may be cancelled free of charge prior to warehouse packaging and dispatch. Once a package is assigned an Air Waybill (AWB) and handed over to the courier, cancellations are no longer permitted. Unreasonable Cash on Delivery (COD) rejections at the doorstep will result in automated suspension of COD privileges for the associated customer address and mobile identifier.

8. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All brand marks, horned bull geometric emblems, typography, campaign lookbook imagery, product garment specs, and digital code are the exclusive intellectual property of BULLFORD ENTERPRISE PVT. LTD. Unauthorized copying, imitation, counterfeit production, or commercial republication is strictly prohibited and subject to civil and criminal prosecution under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Copyright Act, 1957.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, BULLFORD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform. In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the specific garment giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
