Keep Garment Pristine
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, with all original woven labels, metal badges, and hang-tags attached.
Doorstep Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your address within 24–48 hours to collect the piece in its original packaging.
Instant Size Dispatch or Bull Wallet Credit
As soon as pickup is verified, your replacement size is dispatched immediately. If you do not want a replacement size, 100% of the paid garment amount is credited to your Bull Wallet to shop on bullford.in once the return passes inspection. No cash or bank refunds after delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Criteria
- Requests initiated after the 2-day (48-hour) delivery window has lapsed.
- Garments showing signs of wear, perfume odor, gym chalk, washing, or stains.
- Items with detached, missing, or tampered hang-tags.
- Customized, tailored, or final archive clearance items clearly marked as final drop.
